Igor N. Usachev, Cand. Sci. (Engineering), graduated from the Moscow Energy Institute. One of the founders of the Russian scientific and engineering school of tidal energy and floating structures. Co-author of the creation of the pioneering Russian Kislogub tidal power station (TPP) on the Barents Sea. Author of 350 scientific papers published in Russian, English, Spanish and Chinese. Laureate of the State Prize of Russia and laureate of the M.V. Lomonosov.

Honored Worker of the Energy Industry of the Russian Federation, Honorary Hydroelectric Power Engineer.

Rosenthal, Doctor of Technical Sciences, from 1987 to 2019 – Head of the Concrete Corrosion Sector of the Laboratory of Corrosion and Durability of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Structures at the NIIZHB named after. A.A. Gvozdev, JSC Research Center of Construction. 62 years of experience in the specialty. He studied the corrosion processes of concrete and reinforced concrete in aggressive environments, performed diagnostics of the state of structures of a large number of industrial, energy, hydraulic and other structures with the development of methods for protection against corrosion. Since 2020 – Professor of the Personnel Training Department of JSC Research Center of Construction.
